Our client is a market-leading consumer and agricultural organization with a passion for providing the freshest and sweetest products in its category through sustainable practices and global partnerships. This organization is seeking a Director of Global Strategy & Business Development to work directly with the Executive Leadership, Research & Development and functional business teams to build out short and long-term strategic goals. The Strategy Team is also charged with executing initiatives and driving impact across the organization with a focus on global growth, innovation and corporate development. The ideal candidate will have an MBA from a top university and 2-4 years of experience with a top-tier management consulting firm. The Director will have 2-3 direct reports. Leadership experience and a passion for the consumer space will be critical in driving this team to success.
