Our client is a private equity-backed healthcare service organization forecasted to double in size over the next two years. We have been tasked with identifying a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) who will be responsible for leading and overseeing strategic planning and execution. The CSO will collaborate with the CEO, board of directors and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, competitive advantage and long-term success. The CSO plays a critical role in shaping the company’s vision, defining strategic priorities and ensuring alignment across all departments and functions. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of post-MBA professional experience, including management consulting experience and a passion for solving challenges within the healthcare industry.
