Our client is one of the longest-tenured private equity firms in the industry with over $30B of AUM and an incredible track record of success, including top-quartile returns on its last two funds. The firm primarily invests in three industry verticals: financial services, healthcare and technology / business services. The Vice President will be a key leader within the Portfolio Operations team leading value-creation efforts within existing portfolio companies in partnership with the executive management teams, as well as supporting and shaping the investment thesis and company positioning through due diligence. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of post-MBA strategy consulting experience in addition to 3+ years of experience in a cross-functional leadership role in a relevant business (i.e., financial services, healthcare, technology or business services). MBA is preferred but not required.
