Our client is a leading growth equity firm looking to add a Head of Talent to its operating team. This individual will be focused on driving value creation plans from ideation to execution across the firm’s broader portfolio, with a particular focus on talent, recruiting and organization design. The ideal candidate has experience in top-tier strategy consulting and will have experience spearheading cross-organizational talent and people initiatives, ideally in a private equity or similarly high-growth, fast-paced environment.
