Our client is a leading middle-market private equity firm focused on business services, consumer, industrial, healthcare and education services. The organization is separated from other firms by its consistent top-quartile performance and operational value add. The ideal candidate will have a combination of top–tier strategy consulting experience and direct exposure to private equity, as well as operating experience. This position will report to the Managing Director and Operating Partner, and we’re targeting top-performing consultants at the tenured Manager level.
This role includes $350,000 target cash compensation, plus carry.
