Our client is a high-growth portfolio company of one of the top private equity firms in the world. Reporting directly to the COO (former McKinsey Engagement Manager), the Corporate Strategy Associate is a high-visibility role within the organization and will work directly with the C-suite and senior leadership team to drive the firm’s most pressing strategic initiatives. The Corporate Strategy Associate will be seen as a future leader of the organization and have a long-term trajectory towards P&L ownership or functional line leadership. The ideal candidate has at least two years of pre-MBA experience in a top-tier management consulting firm with a strong track record of success. Experience with growth strategy and innovation topics is strongly preferred.
Base salary for this position can range from $120,000 to $130,000 (plus annual bonus and other benefits) depending on a candidate’s background and skillset.
