Our client is the largest and leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in the country and is devoted to improving the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder. With more than 200 clinic, home and school programs, our client serves thousands of pediatric patients using empirically validated methods and strategies to assist each child in reaching his or her greatest potential while also improving their quality of life. The Manager of Growth and Strategy will be a vital member of the Strategy & Growth Team, which is responsible for expanding reach and increasing access to ABA therapy for children and families in need. The Manager will personally own 1-2 major initiatives at a time, as well as provide managerial and analytical support across a number of topics within the group’s mandate for new state selection, service line expansion and special projects for the CEO and CFO (e.g., value-based care initiatives). Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy & Growth, this Manager will interface with leaders across the organization, as well as their private equity sponsor. The ideal candidate has at least two years of pre-MBA experience in a top-tier management consulting firm with a strong track record of success.
