Job seeking candidates should be asking themselves career focused questions before meeting with recruiters.
Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development
Global Consumer Organization
Grand Rapids, Mich.
Our client is a high-growth, consumer-focused, global organization. As it continues to grow and expand into new regions, our client looks to identify a net new Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development to help lead the expansion strategy as well as the operationalization of that strategy through leading end-to-end transactions of new target acquisitions varying in size and scope. This person will lead and grow a team of direct and cross-functional resources to drive significant profits for the organization, reporting into the Chief Strategy Officer. As one of the most critical hires for the business, the ideal candidate will have 6-15+ years of total post-MBA experience, including 2-4 years of post-MBA management consulting experience and 2-6 years of additional industry experience, ideally with a focus in corporate development.
