Our client is a leading growth equity firm looking to add an operating executive to its portfolio operations team. This individual will be a key member of and contributor to the portfolio operations team, serving as a key catalyst and change agent for creating operational value across the portfolio. The role is responsible for ideating and driving value creation initiatives in partnership with portfolio company leadership with a core focus on strategy and operations; digital transformation; people governance; and capital allocation/M&A. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of total experience, ideally combined experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm and direct value creation experience in a portfolio operations role at a private equity firm or within a private equity-backed portfolio company.
