Our client is a high-growth, private equity-backed consumer electronics company. As this organization continues to grow, its team is looking to identify a new Vice President of Transformation to lead the creation of a new strategy and transformation team focused across the board on long-term strategic planning to transformation initiatives and business operations. Reporting to the CEO, this person will be charged with driving quick impact on top and bottom line for the organization, while also building a team to drive meaningful change for the company and partnering closely with the private equity leadership team. As one of the most critical hires for the business, the ideal candidate will have 10+ years of total experience, including 1-4 years post-MBA with a top-tier management consulting firm. Industry experience is preferred but not required.
