Our client is a private equity-backed healthcare service organization forecasted to double in size over the next two years. As a result of its rapid growth, our client is looking to add a Chief of Staff to the CEO focused on supporting growth-oriented initiatives across the organization. This Chief of Staff will be responsible for supporting strategic projects, have direct and consistent exposure to the most senior leaders of the organization and serve as a liaison to external stakeholders. This individual must have the ability to communicate effectively, coordinate cross-functional activities and create high-value solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of professional experience, including a minimum of two years of management consulting experience and a passion for solving challenges within the healthcare industry.
