Our client is a leading global investment firm focused on credit, distressed debt and private equity opportunities. The Vice President, Strategic Initiatives & Transformation will partner with the senior leadership team and founding partner to define the strategic vision for the firm and then execute against that strategy. The ideal candidate has at least three years of post-MBA experience with McKinsey, Bain or BCG, as well as 2+ years of experience working in an operational capacity in a relevant business (financial services, private equity, hedge fund, venture capital firm, private capital markets, etc.).
