Our client is a lower-middle market private equity firm that focuses on founder-led businesses in business services and industrials. This position will sit within the investment team and will be dedicated to driving meaningful value-creation projects within portfolio companies while also delivering on deal-oriented responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a combination of top-tier consulting, operating and investment experience. This person will report to a Managing Director and will have regular exposure to senior leadership across the firm as well as portfolio company C-suite members.
