Our client is a global leader in distribution and tech-enabled services. This role will have a key influence in the continued exploration of the company’s domestic and global M&A initiatives. As a direct report to the CFO, this position will have the opportunity to interact with the C-suite and key stakeholders within the private equity firm. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of investment banking / corporate development experience.
The HVAC industry is one of the most saturated in the private equity world, but we’ve continued to see consistent M&A activity throughout 2023.
In the next few months, we’re anticipating an influx of senior-level corporate development searches in RNG to match the growing interest in this space.
Cardiology has grown tremendously in the last 18 months, and the next year will likely continue that trajectory.
