Our client is a premier private equity firm seeking to invest in a life sciences platform focused on TIC services. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Corporate Development will oversee the entire M&A process, including sourcing, execution and integration. The ideal candidate has at least seven years of M&A experience, which must include current or prior experience in pharma, biotechnology, medical device or food/agriculture. Previous investment banking or private equity experience is also preferred.
