The Regional Director of HR will oversee and direct the effective implementation and administration of all HR activities and initiatives for the complex. This individual will provide direction and support to the department to ensure that all major HR activities and internal processes are fully aligned with business objectives. This includes overseeing employee relations, labor relations, strategic HRM, staffing, compensation and benefits administration. The HR Business Partner will partner with internal customers to ensure ER practices foster a safe and friendly work environment and maintain compliance with company policies and employment laws. They will direct and support initiatives to maintain expected levels of staffing while improving retention, and they will support the company’s developmental directives and programs to facilitate timely succession.
