Our client is a high-growth, private equity-backed medical products and equipment manufacturing company. The Director, Human Resources will be responsible for leading the entire HR function for the organization, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development and compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of human resources experience in a manufacturing or similar environment. A bachelor’s degree is required, and Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
