About Molly

Molly McQuade is an associate recruiter at Charles Aris Executive Search.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies at the University of New Hampshire with a minor in special education. Molly then went on to receive her master’s degree in elementary education and taught 3rd and 4th grade for four years in the Boston area.

Molly is from Durham, N.H. and grew up skiing every weekend. She enjoys staying active and playing pickleball/tennis with friends and family. She also loves the beach, traveling and is a big fan of all Boston sports. She recently moved to D.C and is excited to explore the city!
