Katie Mahoney is an associate recruiter at Charles Aris Executive Search, working across multiple practices.

Prior to joining Charles Aris, Katie was a recruiting coordinator for several organizations across hospitality and fintech. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Theatre Performance from Marymount Manhattan College. Katie was also a Girl Scout Gold Award recipient for developing a religious education program for preschoolers in her parish.

Katie currently lives in Hoboken, New Jersey with her fiancé, Matthew, and dog, Chip. She loves to spend her free time experiencing musical theatre in New York City and enjoying time with friends.
