ABOUT JONATHAN

Jonathan Goffredi is a senior associate practice leader who co-leads the private equity recruiting practice at Charles Aris Executive Search. He specializes in placing current and former management consultants into investing and operating teams at private equity, growth equity and venture capital firms.

Jonathan completed his bachelor’s degree at Guilford College, where he studied economics and history, and competed in NCAA Division III athletics as a member of the varsity soccer team. He originally joined Charles Aris as an associate before spending several years scaling teams and talent functions at venture-backed startups – most recently at Patreon. Jonathan returned to Charles Aris to support the growth of the firm’s private equity recruiting practice on the West Coast.

Jonathan resides in San Francisco. He has a passion for soccer and outdoor activities. He also enjoys an occasional Tahoe snowboarding trip, as well as live music, trying new cuisine and traveling.
