About Jill
Jill Jitima is a vice president in the Strategy & Corporate Development Practice at Charles Aris Executive Search, leading the Consumer, Retail & Hospitality Practice. Since joining the firm in 2011, Jill has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies across food and beverage; health and beauty; household goods; consumer durables; apparel; and retail.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in business marketing and international studies at Marshall University and studied abroad at the Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand. Jill also holds a master’s degree in human resources from Marshall University. Before joining Charles Aris, she held multiple leadership positions at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
Jill and her husband, Nick, share a passion for the outdoors and love spending time camping, hiking and traveling. She is a proud mother of three young boys: Sam, Max and Oliver.
