ABOUT FRANCES

Frances Jones is an associate recruiter working primarily within the Strategy Practice at Charles Aris Executive Search.

Prior to joining Charles Aris, Frances earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from North Carolina State University with a minor in biological sciences. During her time within the workforce, Frances has held various positions within the recruiting and behavioral health spaces, fueling her passion for helping others achieve their goals; whether mental health or career based.

In her free time, Frances loves being around her family, friends and her two Labrador Retrievers. She also loves trying new food from different cultures, traveling to new places, listening to music and cooking a variety of dishes.
