About Derek

Derek Terry is a senior associate practice leader at Charles Aris Executive Search. Prior to Charles Aris, Derek worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Dallas as an area manager.

Derek studied business administration at West Virginia State University and, most recently, earned a degree in culinary arts.

In his free time, Derek loves to spend time with his wife, Jennifer, and his two kids: Mckenzie and Myles. Derek loves to cook and runs his own catering company: Savory by DDT.
