About Clifton
Clifton Vaughan is a senior associate practice leader who co-leads the private equity recruiting practice at Charles Aris Executive Search. His work is focused on placing current and former management consultants into investing and operating roles with private equity firms.
Clifton earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he studied business administration and management with a focus on marketing. Clifton grew up on a family farm in Holly Springs, North Carolina and went to high school at the Milton Hershey School in Pennsylvania before moving to Greensboro in 2015. He is passionate about fitness and travel.
