Our client is a leading contract research organization that now leverages expertise to create a full portfolio of services for the agrochemical manufacturing space, aiming to provide the industry with all the technical support needed to screen, develop, register and steward new and existing products around the world. The Operations Manager is responsible for lab operations management for one or more teams, including Instrumentation and Method Development, to support the two main business lines. This position provides oversight and leadership to ensure delivery of scientific services on time with high quality. This role requires a science background, technical leadership, managerial competencies, laboratory experience and a desire to support the holistic needs of the organization.
